just reminds me of guinness mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...guinness

well i have been hassling sam for some kind of work out machine for the last few months, apart from we havent really got the money he was a little worried about me not using it, which i obviously understand...well i have been wishing for one for months and months and a week
well i went to one of sam's clients house at the weekend, he's working for a lovely American woman called Tami and her soon to be Husband lovely people, well she was clearing out all her clothes and asked me if i wanted any of them, so obviously i said yes then later that day we got on to the subject of psychology (i think thats spelt right) anyho, like you do, and she just said, Hazel do you work out? i said id like to, why do you ask, she said well i've got a treadmill in the back bedroom and i just dont need it any more we both have gym memberships, would you like it.
i thought it was gonna be one of those small shitty retro ones, typical English person (expecting the worst) but it was bloody awesome its biggar than me, she got it off her fitness trainer so its a proper gym one. loving it.
we went to the shopping centre yesterday after picking it up and weighed ourselves and my weight was 56.1kg and my height was something on the 5ft scale so my B.M.I was 23 perfect its suppose to be between 20 -25.

im happy with that and i have my running machine to help me tone my tummy and legs and ass just a little more woo

oh and Sam is happy cos i got my own jogging suit so i dont have to wear his anymore, all in all a bloody good day.

so just remember if you really want something wishing does work.
